Fresh Basil

Many people's favourite fresh herb and a main ingredient in the pesto loved by Italians. A must in pasta and tomato dishes. Why not try it with mozzarella?Basil is sensitive to the cold and should be stored at 12-15 °C and watered from the base, as required. Basil is also excellent for cutting and freezing. Adding fresh herbs to your food makes it more exciting. Fresh herbs provide aroma, flavour and freshness. And the food looks good too!
