Sea Rosemary

Flavour: aromatic stalks, with needles and a subtle pine-like flavour with a hint of sea salt.
Texture: a woody herb-like plant with soft needles as leaves.
Use: stalks are used to make a bouillon or fond for syrupy drinks among other things. Leaves are used raw or boiled in fish dishes.
