Sea Flowers Rock Fennel

Flavour: hint of lemon and fennel with a slight asparagus flavour.
Texture: like dill with a slightly sturdier structure. Blossom: a small amount of juice with the first bite and then slightly crisp.
Use: Fish dishes, the blossom is an ideal seasoning. Stalks and corolla are used in infusions for sauces, etc.
